Sean Zayas joined Scarfone & Geen, P.C. in April 2017. Since joining the firm, he has focused his practice on first and third party no-fault litigation.
Since 1997, Mr. Zayas has litigated a wide range of civil cases, most of them involving personal injuries, with a particular emphasis on no-fault claims. He has represented insurance carriers in no-fault matters since 2012.
In addition to his trial experience, Mr. Zayas has written appellate briefs and argued successfully in both the Michigan Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Michigan, and is also admitted to practice in both the United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
