After exposing a significant disconnect between the physical therapy provider's discovery responses, its witness list, and the testimony of the alleged injured person, Attorney John Hohmeier successfully convinced the Circuit Court that the provider's treatment was either unlawful or they could not convince any reasonable juror of its claim.  As a result, the Court dismissed over $160,000 in claimed no-fault benefits.
