Attorney John C.W. Hohmeier recently obtained a no-cause verdict in Macomb County Circuit Court. Mr. Hohmeier successfully argued to the jury that the Plaintiffs were not involved in a motor vehicle accident as alleged. Mr. Hohmeeir presented expert testimony from an engineering expert showing that the damage to the motor vehicle was inconsistent with the Plaintiffs' version of events. After only 19 minutes, the jury returned with a no-cause verdict, finding that the Plaintiffs were not involved in a motor vehicle accident pursuant to MCL 500.3105.
