Attorneys John Hohmeier, Stephen Madej, and Jesse Zapcynski Obtain a String of Dismissals for Unlawful Services
April 3, 2018 | Category: ArticlesAfter significant but targeted discovery efforts and multiple motions, Attorneys John Hohmeier, Stephen Madej, and Jesse Zapcynski obtained several dismissals of the bills for a prevalent medical provider involved in providing prescription drugs to the injured persons. In every case the court deemed the claims of the medical provider "unlawful" pursuant to MCL 500.3157 and dismissed the bills.
